Connection and support when you need it most.

Throughout the year, The Tap Method™ offers a variety of events — from monthly classes to one-off workshops and seasonal gatherings.
These are safe, inclusive spaces where you can reconnect with yourself, release what you’ve been holding, and feel gently supported — no experience necessary.

Tap & Yin

East Farndon Village Hall | £12pp

A 70-minute restorative class combining gentle tapping techniques with long supported stretches that target the body’s connective tissue.

Each session offers space to unwind, ease tension, and restore balance through stillness and slow movement.

We provide everything you need for your session, simply arrive as you are.

Tap & Recover

These free group sessions offer restorative exercise for women experiencing or recovering from breast cancer. Led by a qualified post-op specialist, the focus is on safety, strength, and connection — with a focus is on restoring movement, strength, and flexibility, starting with gentle range of motion movements and progressing to more advanced exercises as you heal.
