A slower, body-led experience designed to help you soften, release, and reconnect.
Working through stillness, breath, and gentle tapping, this is where the body begins to settle and space starts to open.

About the Founder
With over 20 years of experience in women’s health, rehabilitation, and coaching, her work has evolved beyond traditional models into something more precise. Rather than applying a single approach, she draws on a depth of experience across movement, therapeutic work, and coaching — working directly with what’s driving a reaction, and how to shift it.
Her work spans both one-to-one sessions and group experiences, supporting women and children through periods of pressure, transition, and recovery.
What defines Rebecca’s approach is not the tools themselves, but her ability to understand what’s needed — and apply it with precision.
Whether through focused one-to-one work or quieter, body-led sessions, the aim is the same: to create clarity, shift patterns, and support lasting change.
