About the Founder
Rebecca Wilson is the founder of The Tap Method™, the approach that blends emotional coaching, somatic practices and restorative movement to support women and children through life’s transitions.
Over 20 years of experience in women’s health and fitness, alongside work supporting children with additional needs, gave Rebecca the insight and knowledge to create safe, adaptive, and supportive spaces for women and young people.
Her professional training also extends to EFT practice, NLP for children, fascia therapy, yin yoga, and Reiki. But what makes Rebecca’s work distinctive isn’t just her qualifications – it’s her ability to weave together the right tools at the right time. Sometimes that looks like a quiet class to release tension and restore balance, other times it’s one-to-one coaching to build resilience and confidence.
What unites it all is Rebecca’s belief that transformation comes from connection. Connection to self, to body and to community. Her work is professional yet deeply human – created to help people release what weighs them down, renew their sense of who they are, and build resilience for life ahead.
